The reason for using FTP is that some Internet Service Providers limit the size of your email attachment thus limiting the quality or the number of attachments you can send to us at Citizens Photo at one time.

We offer two options:
  1. Make your own folder at our generic FTP site "customer.digital.citizensphoto.com" password is "none". Please be aware that the generic site is NOT a secure site in that anyone logging onto the site could see or alter your files.
  2. Have us create a secure site using a name of your choosing and your own password. This option is SECURE and only you and Citizens Photo has access to your files. To have setup your secure site please call 503-232-8501-105 or email us at graphics@citizensphoto.com.
To make use of FTP, you will need an FTP Client program of which there are several available by going to Google.com and entering "FTP Client".
